Dual Qualification in SIT20122 Certificate II in Tourism and SIT20421 Certificate II in Cookery
Provides students with the knowledge and skills across a variety of hospitality and tourism areas leaving flexibility in that field students can gain employment. Students will learn how to carry out a range of hands-on practical skills to prepare them for working in the industry.
Our purpose-built food truck gives students a chance to put their skills to the test in a real-world setting, and our registered kitchen provides the perfect environment to learn.

How is the course delivered?
Two days a week training delivery across classroom (theory) based learning and practical, hands-on learning in a simulated kitchen/food truck environment. Students will also be expected to participate in at least two events in the Food Truck during their studies.
What days do you study?
Thursday and Friday and some Saturdays. Students will also be expected to participate in at least two events in the Food Truck during their studies.
Where are the campuses located?
Project Cire will be conducted over two sites, Lilydale and Chirnside Park.

Will I receive a uniform?
Yes, as part of your course enrolment you will receive a Project Cire cap and apron.
Will I receive on the job experience?
Yes! With Project Cire you will receive hands on experience in the food truck by attending events during your studies. Students are expected to participate in at least two events across the 6 month course duration.
How long does course run for?
6 months
Do I need any prior experience to enrol?
Not at all, we will provide you with the knowledge and skills across a variety of hospitality.
