Career Practitioners

At Cire Training, we understand the importance of students being equipped with the necessary skills and qualifications to succeed in their desired career paths. That’s why we offer a range of programs tailored to meet the needs of students who are either still in school or transitioning out of it.

Our programs are designed to provide hands-on training that prepares students for the real world.

We have partnered with several schools throughout the SouthEast region, building strong relationships with Career Practitioners along the way. Together, we strive to achieve the best outcomes for each student, considering their unique needs and aspirations. By working collaboratively with our school partners, we can ensure that every student receives the best possible educational experience, setting them up for success in their future careers.

For your students:

Vocational Education and Training for Secondary School – providing students with an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification, contributing to Year 11 and 12 results. These programs are delivered by trainers with expert knowledge in the field and increase students’ employability skills.
VET Pathway Program – for students who are uncertain about which VET course to pursue.
Short courses for schools – to add to their skill set in preparation for seeking part-time work, such as Food Safety and First Aid.
Hospitality Jump-Start for Jobs – a three-day workshop for individuals seeking a career in hospitality.

For your school leavers:

Going to university is not the natural choice for many school leavers. Certificate and Diploma qualifications offer an affordable and accessible pathway to success. These programs equip students with the skills and knowledge employers seek in industries that can lead to fulfilling careers with competitive salaries and ample room for advancement.

Accredited Qualifications in education, community service, aged and disability care and business.
Project Cire – Dual qualification in tourism and cookery. The first of its kind, this program offers hands-on learning in a simulated kitchen/food truck environment.
Study Skills for Success – this program offers additional support for students studying qualifications. This program has helped many participants complete their studies, from technical skills to job readiness.

Workforce Australia

The job market can be overwhelming with the amount of competition employers are seeking. That’s why having a solid foundation of skills and knowledge is important for your participants to succeed. Cire Training understands this challenge and works closely with Workforce Australia providers to provide options that meet the specific needs of their participants. Our approach is to prepare individuals for in-demand industries, equipping them with the tools and skills to secure work in their chosen field.

We also offer regular WorkSkills training, such as RSA and First Aid, to help boost participants’ employability quickly. For those who want to complete accredited courses, we provide various training models to find the best fit for each person. At Cire Training, we are committed to helping your participants achieve long-term success.

For your participants:
