Monday to Friday delivered over the course of 14 weeks.
Engaging training tailored to young people
The course introduces new and innovative learning techniques with the introduction of Virtual Reality modules using VR headsets and the use of Robot Babies simulating the characteristics of a real baby.
Graduates of this course will develop foundational skill and knowledge that support practices and techniques in early childhood learning through play and positive interactions. The course includes career planning and progression within the ECEC sector, workplace skill development related to communication and numeracy, use of digital applications and occupational health and safety.
Entry Requirements
Cire Training will assess prospective students’ existing skills, knowledge, and abilities (including Language Literacy, Numeracy and sDigital (LLN&D ability) and identify any specific needs to ensure that their chosen course is suitable.
Pathways from the Qualification
The new 22668VIC Certificate II in Early Childhood Education and Care Pathway is designed to provide learners with an educational pathway into the CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
